Landing Pages

Landing pages let you create a professional website for your practice — directly inside Booker. Your page is published at yourname.booker-app.com and stays in sync with your services and availability automatically.

  1. Go to Settings and find the Landing Page section
  2. Tap Edit Landing Page — a starter template is created for you automatically
  3. Add, remove, and reorder widgets from the sidebar — the preview next to it updates as you type
  4. Tap any section in the preview to jump straight to its editor
  5. Customise the theme — colours, fonts, and border radius
  6. Tap Save to keep your changes, then Publish to make your page live at yourname.booker-app.com

Your landing page is built from widgets — self-contained sections that you can drag and drop into any order. You can add up to 20 widgets per page.

Before your landing page can be published:

  1. It must have at least one widget
  2. You must have online booking enabled with a booking slug set in Availability settings

Once published, your page is live at yourslug.booker-app.com. You can unpublish at any time to take it offline.

Once published, you can add a link to your landing page in the appointment confirmation and reminder emails that Booker sends to your clients. Toggle the Show landing page link in emails option in the landing page editor.

This is a great way to drive traffic to your page without any extra effort — every email your clients receive will include a link to your site.

You can continue editing your landing page after publishing. Your changes go live as soon as you tap Save, though visitors may see the previous version for up to a minute or two while caches refresh around the world. The editor’s preview always reflects your latest unsaved state, so you can experiment freely before saving.

Published landing pages:

  • Load instantly from a global CDN — no matter where your visitors are
  • Are fully crawlable by Google and other search engines (SEO-friendly)
  • Generate rich social previews when shared on Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.

Booker tracks how your landing page is performing. Go to Analytics in the main menu to see, for your published page:

  • Views — total page loads over the selected date range
  • Unique visitors — distinct people who visited your page
  • Booking CTA clicks — how many visitors tapped your “Book Now” button
  • Click rate — clicks as a percentage of views (your landing page’s conversion rate)

Stats update with a short delay — if you’ve just published, allow a few minutes before checking.

The Text and About widgets support rich text with:

  • Headings (H1, H2, H3)
  • Bold, italic, and underline
  • Bulleted and numbered lists
  • Block quotes
  • Links
